If you are deemed to be a good candidate for dental implants, our dentist will proceed to implant the lower titanium root into your gums. This is done using local anesthesia and you will remain perfectly comfortable during the procedure. The healing time will take several months during which time the jawbone will thoroughly heal and the titanium root will bond to the jawbone. Once this occurs you will be able to have the upper porcelain crown permanently attached to your dental implant.
